Job Description

The Medical Director is a key member of the Leadership team. The Medical Director shall build and maintain a relationship while developing active communication with the CEO, clinical and medical staff, as well as patients. Additional administrative responsibilities include, but are not limited to defining, focusing, and resolving medical ethics; assisting with all phases of budget development; physician recruitment; assisting with preparing and responding to litigations; and responsible for reports, recommendations, or other project completions. The Medical Director plays a significant role in maintaining and completing clinical responsibilities', quality management, management of clinical operations and problem solving.

Qualifications

Must be board certified in psychiatry, licensed in the state of Illinois, have an established record of leadership and organizational ability, and an excellent reputation as a clinician.
