One treatment program for dually diagnosed adolescent males

Program Overview

Liberty Point treats male residents ages 13 to 22 with cognitive, emotional and behavioral issues. We provide progressive academic, life skills and vocational skills training that will improve the resident's functioning and self-esteem, empowering them to find gainful employment and live within an independent setting.

Functional Life Skills, Vocational, and Work Adjustment Training

The Functional Life Skills, Vocational, and Work Adjustment Training curriculum provides residents with an instructional environment that enables success in a school program.

The program emphasizes appropriate:

  • Social interactions
  • Responsibility
  • Personal accountability
  • Problem solving
  • Choices when confronted with difficult or stressful situations

Each resident is taught the following values and ideals:
